Twenty-five days, seven signatures, one invoice.
A company processed 300 to 450 invoices every week. Each had to be printed and hand-delivered from employee to employee. Some required up to seven signatures and took 25 days to finalise. Work stalled easily, and nobody could see where.
Automated, invoices are scanned into content management and handled electronically from there. Approvers get an email with a shortcut to the document. Every step is recorded, so history is visible and managers can see how long each stage takes. Fields populate themselves, mistakes get routed to a technician, and the process can save up to ₦10 million a year in losses.
